Where we deliver

E-Lastick delivers to every governorate in Lebanon.

Processing time

Orders are normally processed and dispatched within one business day. Orders placed on a weekend or a public holiday are processed on the next business day.

Delivery times

Once dispatched, orders normally arrive within 3 to 5 business days. These are estimates, not guarantees. Courier delays outside our control can occasionally add time.

Delivery charges

Orders over $60: free delivery
Orders under $60: a flat delivery fee is calculated at checkout and shown to you before payment

Tracking

You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after checkout, and a dispatch email with tracking details once your order leaves us. If you have not received these, check your spam folder and then contact us.

Incorrect addresses

Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incomplete or incorrect, we can resend it once you cover the redelivery cost.
