Orders & delivery

Where do you deliver?

We deliver across all of Lebanon.

How long does delivery take?

Orders normally arrive within 3 to 5 business days. You will get a confirmation email as soon as your order is on its way.

How much is delivery?

Delivery is free on orders over $60. Below that, the delivery fee is shown at checkout before you pay. There are no surprises added afterwards.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Your confirmation email includes tracking details once the order has been dispatched. If you have not received it, email us and we will look it up for you.

Returns & refunds

What is your return policy?

You have 14 days from the day your order arrives to request a return. The item needs to be unused, in its original packaging, and in the condition you received it.

What if my item arrives damaged or faulty?

Email us with a photo within 14 days and we will replace it or refund you in full, including delivery. You will not pay return shipping on a faulty item.

How long do refunds take?

Once we receive and check the returned item, your refund is issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, it can take a few business days to appear.

Products

Are your products covered by a warranty?

Electronic items are covered against manufacturing defects. If something stops working as it should, get in touch and we will sort it out.

Will this phone case fit my model?

Each phone case lists every model it fits in the options on the product page. If your model is not listed, email us before ordering and we will tell you honestly whether it will fit.
